If you read Tom’s four “candid comments” he’s not asking for anything unreasonable. He’s simply asking for certainty in price, and efficacious legal advice.
Why don’t lawyers understand this? It’s how they purchase everything in their own lives.
Is this really that hard to grasp? I suppose it is, since the billable hour is not based on empirical evidence, but rather is entrenched dogma.
