More Advice to Abandon the Billable Hour

Brad Farris in his recent RainToday article The High Cost of Low Initial Fees: How to Price Your Services Once You've Established Your Firm stands with VeraSage on the abandoning of the billable hour.I am in agreement with most of the article, but in my opinion, Brad does not spend enough space on understanding customer value.
